Productivity Quality Inc./Advanced Inspection Services LLC is accredited by ACLASS for calibration services according to the ISO/IEC 17025 Standard.
ACLASS provides accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibration laboratories. ACLASS is jointly owned by the American National Standards Institute and the American Society for Quality.
All ISO 17025 accredited companies are governed by a "Scope of Accreditation" which describes the specific laboratory activities that are approved by ISO 17025. Our scope of accreditation covers:
- The calibration of coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, video measuring systems, and manual and CNC machine tools
- Dimensional inspection using CMMs, video measuring systems, portable CMMs, and various hand instruments
ISO 17025 accreditation is your assurance that our equipment is traceable to accepted national standards, that our procedures are valid and appropriate for each type of equipment and that our certificates provide the data needed to prove the calibration status of each machine. This is particularly important to companies who are QS9000 registered or who are suppliers to QS9000-registered companies.
