Another grizzled veteran, Rod has over 30 years of QA inspection experience specializing in castings and gears. Rod is one of the original founders of AIS in 2000. Specialties are CMM programming and “Blue-Lining.” |
 Larry McInerny Senior Inspector |
Larry has a total of 38 years in aerospace and manufacturing metrology services. Specialties are contact and vision inspection CMM's. Larry also instructs a CQI (formerly CMI) primer course. |
 Mike Shadick Senior Inspector |
Mike has been in contract inspection for 9 years, giving him experience inspecting a wide variety of parts. He joined AIS in 2004. Mike is our OGP multi-sensor guru. |

Bill started in electronic calibration with the Army for 5 years. Then he spent 9 years in a calibration lab performing QA inspection and calibration. Bill's specialties are contact CMM's and form analysis. |
 Roger Porter Senior Inspector |
Roger knows CMM's. He has been programming CMM's for over 25 years in industries from agriculture to aerospace. He facilitated a CMM user group for 10 years and has provided internal GD&T training for companies. |
 Dave Wahlberg Senior Inspector |
Dave joins the AIS group from our parent company PQI. Along with Dave's 5 years of experience as an applications engineer working with OGP machines, Dave also has a total of over ten years in metrology as well as experience in process engineering. |
