Our inspectors have years of metrology experience in industries such as medical, automotive, aerospace, foundry and plastics. They are thoroughly trained in inspection techniques and are able to correctly interpret and evaluate our customer's prints with even the most complex GD&T.
We use the newest, most up-to-date hardware and software. (The average age of our machines is under 3 years.) From vision CMM's with 300x magnification to a contact DCC CMM with a measuring envelope of 47" x 86" x 39", we can handle just about any sized part, rigid or flexible.
